A Pilot-Ready Climate Resilience Venture

RuhM & Co. is a high-altitude, glacier water export initiative based in Chagoti & Abbaspur, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (7,000 ft elevation). We are building a modular, scalable model for sourcing and bottling pristine glacier water at source — directly for premium international markets.

This is not a domestic FMCG product. Our venture is designed with:

• ✅ Source-integrity bottling (no plastic transport)
• ✅ Local livelihood generation in remote mountain communities
• ✅ Premium export positioning ($10/L wholesale pricing)
• ✅ Alignment with global WASH and climate-resilient development goals

Current Phase: Small Batch Production & Financing

We are preparing a small test batch of 100–200 bottles, with a scale-up plan toward 1,000–10,000 bottles per day.

We own the land at source and are actively developing a replicable model across other highland regions in Pakistan. The project supports:
